Before creating this container for conversations about where you have been, where you are going, and what makes the human spirit shine so bright, our founder, Jen Shtab had a fulfilling 20+ year career in the non-profit sector as a professional trainer and advocate for the prevention of interpersonal violence.

As a lifelong learner and personal development champion Jen developed a toolbox of healing and transformational skills that she has practiced and shared in a variety of settings; from yoga studios and corporate conference rooms to 1:1 coaching and virtual workshops. She is a Certified Wellness Coach, Facilitator, Trainer, and Creative Entrepreneur forging paths of transformation through The Soul Shine Studio.
